Dunno how they are now but I saw them in 2005 for $50 and it was one of the most memorable concerts I’ve been to. At one point Billy Joe stopped the show and told security to leave some of the people that were “disruptive” alone. They were electric the whole time, tons of energy, engaging with the stadium-sized audience and active around the stage the entire time. I can’t say that about a lot of other band’s shows I’ve been to since.

I'm 34 years old, been a fan of green day since I was a child.
I saw them live for the first time in 2022 and was so scared they would be old and washed up.
My fears were immediately gone after the first song. They absolutely slayed their set and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to.
Glad these guys are getting their flowers, they really deserve it.
