CNN Data Chief Harry Enten Exposes Trump’s ‘Horrible’ New Poll

CNN data chief Harry Enten said on Sunday that President Donald Trump is already making history as he approaches 100 days in office.

It’s just not the kind of history anyone wants to make as his approval ratings plunge to lows not seen in modern times.

“These numbers are just horrible,” he said. “There’s no way to sugarcoat it.”

Trump’s numbers are so low that he’s behind every other president in recent decades, including his own numbers from 2017.

At the 100-day mark of Trump’s first term in office, his approval rating was 44%. That was a record low among presidents going back to George W. Bush.

But now, nearly 100 days into Trump’s second presidency, a new CNN poll finds his approval rating is even lower at 41%.

“He has broken his own record for being the worst,” Enten said. “The American people do not like what they are seeing at this point from Donald John Trump.”

It doesn’t get much better when looking at Trump’s approval rating on specific issues. On the economy, for example, his approval rating is 39%.

“My goodness gracious,” Enten said. “He was elected to fix the economy. Just 39%.”

It’s the same story for nearly every other individual issue as well.

“I mean, the bottom line here, it’s just very simply, the numbers for Donald Trump are awful, awful, awful,” Enten said.
