The amount of radiation in that photo is really scary. All the noise is radioactive partials hitting the camera lens.

My teacher worked as a signalman and was involved in the Chernobyl disaster recovery process. He said that many of his friends are already dead from thyroid cancer. Some are still alive, but have to take hormones for the rest of their lives.
