The problem is the starting pay isn’t accurate. I’ve seen young people finish welding school for example, and the true entry level pay being $15-17/hr, and it takes a year to break $20-21/hr. These look like union pay rates - you’re not gonna find plumbers making that amount in North Carolina, for example.
