Whenever I go to SF or NY I have relatives asking if it’s safe with all the migrants etc … yes I and my fam have been fine every time - nothing guaranteed in life but I’m probably more at risk in traffic on the way there getting cut off by a lifted truck with a dozen flags flying
My parents called one day and asked if I was ok; they live in another state. MAGA dad was watching FOX, who, for some reason, was showing Philadelphia riots from George Floyd era, on a loop. They thought the city was burning down. They watched and worried for hours. I was working in the city on the beautiful warm & sunny day that they called, and I didn't even see a police car all day. Change the channel, folks. It's sad, the fear they lived in for the last 10-15 years. They were terrified, and Fox was making money hand over fist, and everything else (other channels) was deep state, fake news to them. They wouldn't even watch their local news. My dad even had plastic drums of 25-year food that was advertised on Fox. He paid an absolutely outrageous price for it. They were convinced that MS-13 gangs were going to rule. That is a beautiful photo, and you are 100% correct. You'll never see it on Faux News.
I only looked at the Fox News website a couple of times for the first time in my life a couple weeks ago just to see what they were saying.... and holy fuck they live in another dimension.
