Oh this is hilarious. On a number of levels. This is right around the corner from where I grew up. I attended that school in the background. On the topmost level, it's a funny sign that pokes fun at America and it's extra funny because it's in Canada. Ha-ha.
On the next level, it's funny because the sign implies the US isn't functioning right. It isn't functioning correctly, because right now the US is currently undoing decades of social progress including things like civil & women's rights, labour protections, more tax breaks for the rich, and on and on.
What makes it even funnier, in the face of reverting to social antiquated, is the crosswalk pictured in the background. It was once a roundabout, and has been for my entire life growing up there. Just a couple years ago, inexplicably, and without consensus from the neighbourhood, they destroyed the roundabout and replaced it with two stop signs.
The roundabout stood for over 30 years without a single traffic incident witness by myself. Within a week of the two T-intersections being completed, there were a half dozen fender benders and one or two serious collisions. These incidents marred the previously nigh spotless safety record of the immediate neighbourhood. (from a traffic perspective... more at 11) I walked those streets every morning for more than 5 years leading up to, during, and immediately following this transition. Never before have I witness such an egregious error take place at a municipal level. Strongly worded letters or reports from professionals could not determine the work nor get it reverted. It ended a sad tale, unfortunately.
The sign makes fun of an entire nation reverting to a less safe state; the sign stands in a neighbourhood that itself had reverted to a less safe state.

Seems to me Trump is in the process of unplugging the Constitution in the hopes of rebooting it up differently.

This is what happens when you try to build a country on an old Indian burial site.
