Originally named Armless Palmer after Arnold Palmer, his estate sued. LD chose to be petty and changed it to Dead Billionaire.

I like the concept of "soda that isn't as sugary without adding aspartame" and "non-alcoholic drinks that feel appropriate to drink in a bar".
So I am on board with this company so far.
