strange quibbles with the painting. it's more a matter of taste, of course. the artist, in my opinion, rather flattered Donald Trump, and he got offended for some reason.
The funny thing is, to me, the first painting actually makes him look approachable and gives him somewhat of a kind face. The official portrait literally looks like a villain from a Marvel movie.
The man on the left could be mistaken for a historical politician. The man on the right cannot be mistaken for anyone other than an angry old man who wants to know why and how you shit in his pants.
