There’s a growing black market for cigarettes here in Australia because the government has taxed them so heavily. Now Main Street tobacconists have illegally packaged cigarettes under the counter for half the price. It’s amazing how many are in the country. Organised crime is no joke.

It’s very similar in Canada except the filters can’t have any colour on them.
