An altercation has erupted over Starlink for Ukraine
An altercation has erupted between Elon Musk, Marco Rubio and Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski on the X network over Starlink for Ukraine.
After Musk’s post this morning that shutting down Starlink could bring down the frontline in Ukraine, Sikorski responded to him.
He claims that Starlink for Ukraine is funded by Poland for $50 million a year.
‘If SpaceX proves to be an unreliable
provider we will be forced to look for other
Secretary of State Rubio first responded to him.
‘Just making things up. No one has made any threats about cutting Ukraine off from Starlink
And say thank you because without Starlink Ukraine would have lost this war
long ago and Russians would be on the border
with Poland right now,’ he wrote in X.
Musk then responded more harshly. ‘Be quiet, small man. You pay a tiny fraction of the cost. And there is no substitute for Starlink’.
Musk then stated that he would never pull the plug on Starlink to Ukraine.

I find it funny he's calling Sikorski a small man. The man was a war correspondent during Soviet invasion of Afghanistan

This behavior will end up decimating the US defense industry.
Why would any nation buy equipment from the US if continued support is one bad election away from being cut off?
