The side Of the bosphorus that this house its on actually has very few waterfront properties that doesn’t have a road infront of it making this mansion much more valuable. Due to construction laws its practically impossible to build anything on the Bosphorus let alone something this size. However as this building predates the establishment of these laws its value goes up considerably.
