Every federal probationary employee was just terminated as of an email sent at 9:30 pm last night. These are employees that have been hired by the federal government within the last year. Multiple people in our office are now out of a job and those of us left need those employees in order to do our own jobs. This whole thing is absolutely fucked and was done with zero forethought as to the repercussions.
