This is why we should have a little more forgiveness for ignorance.
Sometimes people just don't know but still speak.
It doesn't make it ok to say hurtful things.
However, if they learn and change, isn't that the desired outcome?
Being wrong doesn't have to be a death sentence. It can be a springboard for a better world for us all.
