Robert Duboise, aka “Tampa’s marked man,” was arrested at age 18 in Florida after a mall worker was found dead with a supposed bite mark on her cheek. One of many reasons to oppose the death penalty. If you think false convictions like this don't happen in DP cases, you are wrong.

How does one get back into society at this stage? He missed the opportunity to educate himself, and his high school skills are probably out of date and not useful in a modern workplace.
