I can't get over how just straight up insane his bronzer is. That is not a remotely normal way to look. It's in the same category as someone putting on clown makeup every morning.
Veterinarian here. That sort of discoloring in and around a horse's anus usually indicates the animal is experiencing a high level of internal sepsis (basically, rotting from the inside out). Antibacterials won't work at this stage. Euthanasia is the only option.
