Proof: Zoom in on the image. On the boy, you see the small cracks and bumps present elsewhere on the wall. On Elon Musk, there are none. Also, Elon has an rgb value of 0,0,0 , which isn't possible on a normally exposed photo (which this one is).
No it isn't. The black levels don't remotely match and Musk has a gradient on his face, which obviously doesn't happen when you're spray painting over a template. This isn't even a good fake (and yes, for once, I could do better myself).
