Every aviation mechanic is gonna cry looking at this. They will have to perform NDI/NDT on every rotor blade and pray it's still air worthy. Otherwise it needs to be replaced, then man-hours are spent doing ground runs and function check flights to get back your rotor balance before it can be ready for missions
