His is a very sad story. I have and continue to experience excruciating dental pain and a life in pain really is miserable and makes a persons life very lonely and mentally impossible to cope when everyone else is smiling and living - no one wants to be around someone who is miserable, sad and in-unbearably obvious pain. This whole story is truly awful. I hope the system learns and comes up with some options.
