Of course he wasn't justified to murder someone. No one has the right to take another life when they could have saved them by giving them the medical assistance they'd already have paid for.
Maybe it's not so bad the healthcare CEOs feel frightened. Every day. Just like all those who are dying from cancer and other diseases and are frightened every day as they fight their insurance carrier while fighting the disease to stay alive.
