I mean that SHOULD be on us European nations, but it’s all for nothing if Trump doesn’t help create a JUST peace. If he comes in and tries to lobby for an unjust peace then all he’s doing is creating a new war down the line.

Pretty sure Russia would never agree to a ceasefire that includes placing NATO troops in Ukraine. It would be completely counter to his supposed strategic aims and would make it very, very difficult to re-start the invasion once he's got some breathing room.
