I am worried how this will play out and what the "new government" will end up looking like. There's a lot of fundamentalist, extremist views within the opposition that I am scared will force Syria the wrong way.
People cheering for this are nuts. These "rebels" are ideologically on par with ISIS. Their leader was involved in genocide. So, as bad as Assad is, the new guys may be far worse. This feels a lot like what happened after Saddam was deposed.

Does anyone know who these guys are and who is backing them?
