Update as of 1:30PM CST/4:30AM KST:

President Yoon said he has called a cabinet meeting to lift martial law roughly four hours after parliament voted to suspend it and troops have withdrawn from the National Assembly. Thousands of protesters celebrated outside the National Assembly after protesting for hours through the night in freezing 0°C/32°F weather. Recap of events for those out of the loop.
