This was a picture from QuakeCon, I believe, sometime right around 2000.
Some of the younger folks here might be wondering why there's so many shirtless dudes walking around: those old computer setups generated a lot of heat on their own, so when you had a bunch of them in one room like that, you can imagine how warm it probably got in there.
