Leaflets with the writing “every Zionist needs to leave Britain or be slaughtered” were found spread around the streets of Hendon, a predominantly Jewish neighbourhood in north London.

The threatening message was written in Hebrew, and the leaflet also stated in English “Zionist Free Zone.” It also read “Ha, made you pick up litter you zianazi freak.”

The disturbing flyers were reported to Stand With Us UK, a British educational charity educating about Israel and countering misinformation that can lead to antisemitism. Isaaz Zarfati, the Executive Director for the charity told GB News: “We are witnessing a troubling trend of red lines being repeatedly crossed. This is not just another wave that will pass if we remain passive.”

He added. “We must take those threats and statements seriously because they will one day turn into actions, and decisive steps are needed to combat this alarming phenomenon.” The charity also promised that they would continue to support the Jewish community during these difficult times, and that UK Jews will not be intimidated by this behaviour. A Jewish resident of North London who wished to stay anonymous told GB News these flyers were provocative and incited hate towards the Jewish community. They added: “Whoever made these should feel the full force of the law for the safety of our Jewish communities.”

This incident comes after the neighbourhood was also targeted in October, when antisemitic messages were left at Hendon Golf Club. Swastikas and messages reading “f*** the Jews” and “Heil Hitler” were raked into bunkers on the golf course right before the start of the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. The Community Security Trust, the charity that works to protect Jews in Britain from antisemitism said in a statement: “For this to occur in the heart of the Jewish community shortly before the onset of Yom Kippur is utterly disgraceful.”

Don’t worry everyone, it’s antizionism not antisemitism

Hmm, where on earth should they go, since Israel shouldn't exist? 🤔
