It was a temporary mural explicitly encouraging people to “vote by November 5th”. It was always intended to be painted over after the election.

Campaign messages should disappear after Election Day. The Trump/Pence signs that remained displayed until just a month ago when they were replaced with Trump/Vance signs were tiresome.
