Have a coworker who helps run voting. Apparently a lot of the "older" crowd who's helped run things in years past decided not to work the polls this year due to the controversy surrounding the election. I can't say I blame them, but it's likely leading to some confusion and longer wait times.
Im from a Nordic country and our national elections typically have a 80-85% turnout. Queing for voting is the norm for me. I hope the US has record turnout and a clear and decisive result, so that the everyone can move on.
Early no less. Before everyone voted on the same, single day. Now we have a week and a half of voting plus mail-in voting. I'm eager to hear the total ballot numbers next week
