She’s still got her dog … that’s the important thing.

If I faced a disaster, but my cat was still safe with me … I’d be happy. I’d give up all my possessions to keep her safe.

I remember when my Grandad told me a story of when the Germans were bombing Sheffield.Both my Grandparents were laid in bed when my Grandad heard the sirens that meant the German bombers were over Sheffield.He woke my Grandma to hurry to the air raid shelter to which she said that she couldn't find her dentures to which my Grandad quickly reminded her that Jerry was dropping bombs and not corned beef sandwiches.
