Four male accusers file sexual assault lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

The allegations against Diddy continue to pile high as four new male accusers file lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual assault. These lawsuits are four of six filed by Toby Buzbee, a Texas attorney who is representing 120 of the Bad Boy mogul’s alleged victims.

The specific details of these new lawsuits aren’t clear. However, the public is aware that one of them was filed by a man who previously worked for Ecko Clothing. The employee allegedly met Diddy in the 2010s when he was launching his clothing line, Sean John, and the details of the alleged assault are graphic.

The lawsuit filed by Buzbee on behalf of this unnamed male alleges that three of Diddy’s security guards physically attacked him in the stockroom of a Macy’s in New York City. The lawsuit claims that he was pistol-whipped before the Bad Boy Founder asserted, “Suck my d**k, Ecko.” It is alleged he was then forced to provide oral sex.

A second set of allegations filed by Buzbee come from a man who worked as a security guard at Diddy’s White Party in 2006. The lawsuit claims one of his drinks had been spiked with a psychoactive drug (GBH or ecstasy).

The document then alleges Diddy took him to a vehicle and anally penetrated him without consent. Parties underscore all the allegations as one of the lawsuits filed alleges that at a more recent event in 2021, his drink was spiked with a drug that caused him to become paralysed.

Again it is alleged that he was anally penetrated. However, this third lawsuit claims it involved three men, one of whom was allegedly Diddy, who the victim “distinctly recalled” standing over him naked.

The fourth and final lawsuit filed by Buzbee dates back to a 1998 house party in the Hamptons. The claimant was 16 years old at the time. After allegedly taking a photo together, the man alleges that Diddy took him to a secluded area and asked him to take his pants off so he could see his penis.

Most shockingly, the lawsuit claims that the question allegedly asked the then-16-year-old was, “Don’t you want to break into the business?” According to the lawsuit filed by Buzbee, the fourth accuser proceeded to show the mogul his genitals, which he allegedly squeezed.

All of the male accusers remain unnamed. However, it is unclear whether the mogul will settle out-of-court or fight the cases.
