Great to see that your Dad is still enjoying the “Joys of Homeownership” in his 70’s. It’s a lot of work, but you learn a lot and it’s satisfying to do it yourself. He’s earned the right to crack a beer, point at the walkway, and tell the story about it to anyone who doesn’t want to hear it.
