The fact that they are going 60 in a 75 (based on another comment in this chain) and side by side with no lane to pass means that they are impeding traffic flow. That's against the law, and I'd report them.

They do this to me all of the time in south Texas. I have a sports car but I'm not driving like a maniac but as I'm about to pass, the truck behind pulls out last second. No one behind me for miles. It's a stupid game they play. Confirmed with long haul truckers.

Umm officer, there is a semi in front of me that is unable to maintain their lane. I think they may be intoxicated due to their swerving.
