To explain for people like me who didn't get it (and I still might not). She is carrying a bag that says Getty Images which is a company that sells stock images, so it will look like everyone who took a picture of her is actually using a stock image.
Further, the watermark only shows up if you don't actually purchase the rights to the photograph, so it looks like people who took a photo of her were too cheap/lazy to even purchase a stock image.
