Details: Two separate UP sources stated that the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out the strike on 22 August.

OSINT experts stated that the Conro Trader was the only major ferry that operated between Kerch in occupied Crimea and Russia.

The General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces has not yet released any official information.

On Thursday, 22 August, a fire broke out on a railway ferry loaded with fuel in the port of Kavkaz in Krasnodar Krai, southwestern Russia. Russian media outlets and Telegram channels say the fire was caused by a Ukrainian missile strike.

Later, the operational headquarters of Russia’s Krasnodar Krai stated that a ferry carrying 30 fuel tanks had sunk in the port of Kavkaz after being attacked by Ukraine's Armed Forces.

They sank that legitimate military target.

Ukraine is having success destroying supply lines. Bridges, airstrips, fuel depots, planes and now ferries. They are eyeing finishing off the Crimean Bridge as we speak to be sure.

One way to keep momentum going is to constantly have greater goals.
