I’ve been donating blood plasma at Canadian Blood Services. Since it isn’t whole blood, I’m allowed to go once a week (that’s the Canadian Blood Services rules).
I’m currently 40 years old and my goal is to reach 1000 by around age 50. Currently on track to achieve that as long as everything goes well. Long term goals are good to have 😄
So if you’ve never donated before, go out and do it if you qualify! People around the world need more help and this is just one way to give back that doesn’t cost you anything but a little bit of your time.

WTF. how is that possible , i can only do 4 a year , in Portugal i need to wait 3 month between donation.
