On a recent flight from Philly to Doha someone passed out in the aisle right next to me. We had barely passed Newfoundland I thought we were going back. The flight attendants jumped into action, got the guy sat up and conscious with oxygen and checked him out after a doctor jumped in to help. They jumped into action immediately and knew exactly what to do. It was pretty incredible.

I was on a red eye flight where the guy behind me was in distress. They gave him a bag, got him moved to the aisle, got him water and constantly checked on him. No one around me even woke up except the ones that moved to let him out. When we landed and they said we had to let the EMTs on the vast majority of the cabin was confused. Gave me a lot of respect for what they do.

Having personally passed out on a long haul flight from Beijing to Detroit I can say the flight crew was amazing and right on top of helping me. I felt myself pass out and then woke up with oxygen and attendants providing support. Was not life threatening, just overheating while recovering from an illness that I thought I was well past. Kudos to all crew members for this kind of action!
