Tbf it was a private invitation-only event at the Lower Burrell VFW and not a typical rally.

Since this is r/pics, I’ll just comment on the pic. It’s a very depressing atmosphere with poor lighting and is mostly just reporters. Overall, it’s a fairly amateur photo of some kind of amateur event.
