Putting aside what this says about his view of women and pesky little things like *consent, I've always found this disgusting because of what it says about his understanding is about wielding power.
It says that power makes you above the law. It says that if people don't stop you, they are letting you do it. It says that there is no morality around power; power is there to be used as the powerful see fit even if that is abuse.
If these concepts sound familiar it's because he has shown us time and time again that he does not believe in any sense of objective right and wrong, there is only right and wrong for me, and since you put me in power it is impossible for me to be wrong. He told us these things in 2016
