IT's legit cool to see these two made up after not getting along at all on Blade 3 (hence, the meta joke about that in Deadpool v Wolverine). Wesley seemed genuinely appreciative of Ryan reaching out to him in interviews and making it possible for him to not only have another go at playing Blade, but even getting to make a joke about how hard it's been for Marvel to get him rebooted.
Good karma all around.
Edit: As a side note, if you haven't watched Dolemite is my Name, Wesley Snipes is so damn good in that movie so go watch it and appreciate it.

Blade was the one character i was excited to see. Gambits threw me for a loop knowing the actual backstory lol.
