A reverse image search shows this has been posted hundreds of times. Which personally I don't care. The interesting part is it was originally (and probably correctly) attributed to El Centro Universidad de México. That would explain why no one would bother to mention they have something inappropriately hilarious on their chest. Cum has no meaning in Spanish.
