Hilarious. Remember the story where he said to Merkel 7 times that he wanted to trade with Germany and each time she had to explain that Germany had to trade as the EU. He couldn’t grasp the concept. Not surprising from someone who thinks tariffs on Chinese goods will be paid by the Chinese.
