A new poll has given President Joe Biden the edge over former President Donald Trump when it comes to younger voters, with a 25-point difference among those ages 18-29.
The survey, conducted by Yahoo News in collaboration with pollsters YouGov, shows that Biden is leading, following Trump's felony conviction in New York City.
Daniels alleges she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006, which he denies.
Among respondents ages over 65, 41 percent said they'd vote for Biden and 52 percent said they'd choose Trump.
According to the poll, 46 percent of respondents (of various ages) said they back Biden, while 44 percent said Trump, if it were a simple head-to-head race.
In that scenario, Trump loses 1 point of support and Biden loses 4 points, putting Trump at 43 percent and Biden at 42.
The results follow six previous surveys by Yahoo/YouGov that have consistently put Trump ahead of Biden or in a tie with him if the two men are the only options. »
