FF7 Remake Director Says He’s Working To Finish The Third Game As Soon As Possible

Eagerly waiting to for FF7 Remake Part 3? Rest assured; developers are working hard to deliver it as soon as possible.

Speaking in the latest episode of Inside Square Enix, Director Naoki Hamaguchi discussed a bit about the third game and how they are working hard to make sure they deliver it “as soon as possible” while maintaining the quality standard players have come to expect of them.

Hamaguchi-san said: “we want to offer a different gaming experience compared to the first and second installments. However, there are many fans eagerly awaiting the third game, so we aim to deliver it as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality.”

Art director Shintaro Takai, who was also present during the interview, stated he is already working on the third game in his head.

The release date for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 isn’t confirmed yet but work on the game started as far back as 2022. The latest installment, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, release in Feb. of this year.
