I spent 40 years trying cases. When a party sleeps at the counselor table this is NOT a good look for the jury. Depending upon the case I might raise the issue of sleeping in my closing remarks. Sleeping is a sign of disrespect to the proceeding in general and the jury in particular. I had a co-counsel who insisted upon sitting second chair as I tried the case. He repeatedly dozed off during trial and actually snored during my closing. Needless to say we lost the case. Now, on the issue of Trump’s sleeping, like it or not, it is a strong sign of dementia. Trump cannot pay attention and remain engaged on a daily basis. Do not be fooled by his animated behavior at rallies. Trump can pull it together for confined time periods. But in the daily grind of the courtroom he simply shuts down

Next time Trump tries to use the "Biden's too old" bullshit, Dems should point to this. Leave grandpa alone. He gets grumpy when he doesn't get his naps.
