For those who are looking for more information, it's Seiryu Miharashi Station, which translates to “Clear Stream Viewing Platform Station.” It has no entrance or exit and is only accessible to passengers on passing trains. It exists so that passengers can step off and admire the view of the Nishiki River and the surrounding forest.

CONTEXT
