So question. Wouldn’t it be to the home owner’s interest to say some ridiculous ass number such as 800 million to sell just to see his/her luck?
Although I love my home I would not want to live wedged in between a commercial high rise

So the owner refused to sell for $1M in the 1970s and her daughter eventually sold the property for $600K decades later? Damn
