I read the details of the lobotomy as described by the doctor.
He kept slicing her brain until she became completely unintelligible.
Essentially a legal way of killing someone.

For those of us who had to google; this is Rose Marie "Rosemary" Kennedy. If you only google Rose Kennedy you will get results for her mother, who was not lobotomized.
