Seven minors were hospitalized with injuries late Saturday night after a mass shooting broke out in downtown Indianapolis, police said.

The children and teenagers, who were between the ages of 12 and 17 years old, each sustained gunshot wounds in the shooting, which happened just after 11 p.m. local time outside of the city's Circle Centre Mall.

No suspects have been arrested, but investigators believe more than one weapon was used to carry out the shooting, according to the Indianapolis Metro Police Department.

Police said they initially responded after patrol officers in the downtown area heard several shots being fired nearby.

That person's condition was listed as stable too, according to Indianapolis police.

The shooting came as Indianapolis continues to grapple with a steady rise in gun violence.

Police requested that anyone with information contact Detective Albert Teaters at the department's homicide office. »

The revelation comes from a preregistered study which recorded the results of 350,757 coin tosses, and suggested that there is in fact a tiny bias involved in the flipping of any coin.

This is down to a theory called the Diaconis Model, which the researchers used to claim that coins are more likely to land facing the same way they were when the coin toss began.

So, with this knowledge on your side, why not challenge someone to a coin toss and see if the odds are in your favor?. »

Authored by pcgamer.com

A string of six videogame addiction lawsuits have recently been filed against Microsoft, Activision Blizzard, Roblox, Epic Games, Rockstar, and other major game developers and publishers.

The complaints, which were all submitted to courts within the past 12 months, claim that game developers are intentionally making players addicted to their games.
