A GoFundMe page set up for the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, the woman killed in a mass shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory parade, has caught the attention of Taylor Swift, who made donations on the page totaling $100,000 early Friday morning.

“This fund has been set up to benefit the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan,” reads the GoFundMe page’s text.

Because of the GoFundMe maximum, Swift had to pay the money in four installments, causing the change in the site’s policy. »

Scientists use everyday plastics to initiate innovative chain reactions, developing a method to recycle plastic waste and improve both safety and efficiency in the process.

A team led by researchers at the Institute for Chemical Reaction Design and Discovery (WPI-ICReDD), Hokkaido University has developed a method that uses common plastic materials instead of potentially explosive compounds to initiate radical chain reactions.
