Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, stated that the aggressor country is not against negotiations with Ukraine, but the objectives of the so-called special operation remain in force. He wrote this on Telegram.

"The special operation will continue, and its goal will remain the disarmament of Ukrainian forces and the rejection by the current Ukrainian state of the ideology of neo-Nazism," said Medvedev.

He also stated that Russia will seek a change of government in Ukraine. In addition, Russia aims to capture more Ukrainian cities.

"Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk (Dnipro), Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kyiv - Russian cities, like many others temporarily occupied. All of them are currently marked in yellow-blue on paper maps and electronic tablets," wrote Medvedev.

At the same time, he noted that negotiations are possible, "Russia has never rejected them."

However, according to him, negotiations will not change Russia's plans to demand the capitulation of Ukraine.
