Tzachi Hanegbi, Israel's national security adviser, has stated on Saturday (9 December) that over 7,000 Palestinian militants have been killed in the war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Didn't the IDF just say today their ratio was 33%~ for militants to civilians?
Does that mean the civilian casualties are higher now to match that?

I would add that by now we have a lot of records of Hamas members surrendering and Israel also caught without killing Hamas/PIJ members for intelligence purposes.
