I went to Disneyland one time and ended up on the teacups with Catherine O’Hara and her family. I told her I hated to interrupt her family outing, but I wanted to tell her I was raised on SCTV and absolutely loved her work.
She smiled and said, “Oh thank you so much for saying that! Most people your age only remember me as that horrible mother from the Home Alone movie!”
